Welcome!

It’s a pleasure to meet you (virtually). My name is Jennifer Jane Young, your partner in making things happen!

We should never underestimate what we naturally did as a child. It’s the basis for who we become in the future. Starting from a very young age, I was a dreamer. My imagination was on fire but more so I would always go out and try to create the dreams I had in my head. It was often messy or it wouldn’t quite work out how I wanted, but it would get me that much closer to the vision I had and I felt fulfilled at least trying. Whether I was yearning for my own play cabin in the woods or to draw something I had in my mind, I would ALWAYS try to make my vision happen!

Creativity is not meant to stay in our heads!

It’s meant to go out into the world and when we don’t bring our visions to life, we live in a feeling of being unfulfilled. Whether we get to the final destination or not, is not as important as the process of moving forward towards our visions. That’s how we grow into successful human beings at our highest potential. So my life has been a journey of bringing my visions to life and today this is how I help people as a coach do the same AND how I support entrepreneurs as a virtual business manager and strategic advisor.

Like an elegantly knitted pattern, I am a key thread woven into the ecosystem of your business (or your life)!

I help you clarify your next steps and bring your ideas/projects to life. I’ll ensure seamless project management and flow of execution with my team (and yours). It’s collaboration in its most beautiful form. What you can expect in our work together is resourcefulness, strong problem solving skills that lead to simple, easy solutions and a partner who is intimately involved in your projects.

Merging my strong creative force (right brain) with my highly practical mind (left brain), I’m an asset to your growth and a solid partner in your business (or life), constantly creating balance between inspiration and practicality!

The Art of Making Things Happen is what I bring to the table so that I can help walk you through the process of bringing your visions to life and meeting your next goals.

Along with advising, here are examples of execution support we can offer: building websites, setting up podcasts, organizing your business in a project management system, social media management & content creation, creating membership systems for your products, task management between the team members, etc.

“What Works”

“As soon as I became my own boss, everything in my life started to make sense. I had found MY place in this complex world.” Meet Jennifer Jane Young, they found of Injoy Living and the host of The Art of Making Things Happen.

She told us when she knew she could really make a go of it as a business owner: “I think as soon as I became a Yoga Teacher I saw the potential. I wasn’t making tons of money (this over 10 years ago) but I was making between 15-20k per year. It wasn’t a terrible start. But I think having faith in your capacity to make a living as an entrepreneur is a muscle that you need to strengthen.” And… she said some really nice things about The What Works Network: “I feel like in WW I’m surrounded by mature, serious entrepreneurs actually running a real business. I have not found any other community like it. I have been following Tara for a long time now. I’ve learned so much from her and honestly in my eyes, she is one of the most respected, intelligent and trustworthy entrepreneurs out there.”
